The wine is the color of a linden flower with straw reflections. The aroma is heavier, cinnamon spicy, complemented by floral tones of roses and satureja. The taste is sweet, marmalade, with an expression of overripe Tramin grapes, rising honey and a delicate vanilla aftertaste. We recommend it with cheesecake sprinkled with Dutch cocoa, warm smoked cheese, grilled freshwater fish with herbs and goose pate with cranberries.
